Helpro Limited is a technology solutions provider and does not operate as a payment processor, payment gateway, merchant of record, financial institution, or intermediary for customer funds.
Our role is limited to providing the technology platform that facilitates menu access, order placement, payment initiation, reporting, and operational management.
All payments initiated through the eMenu Digital Menu, Ordering and Business Management Platform are processed directly through payment channels owned, controlled, and designated by the business, including but not limited to:
Helpro Limited does not receive, hold, manage, transfer, settle, or deduct funds from customer payments.
Funds are remitted directly from the customer to the business, ensuring that businesses retain full ownership, visibility, and control over their revenue at all times.
Restaurants pay Helpro Limited a separate subscription fee for using the software. Subscription fees are charged to the restaurant directly, are unrelated to the orders its customers place, and are never taken out of customer payments.
